Job objectives

  • The primary objective is to manage Japan and Korea business to achieve commercial objectives
  • To lead and develop Japan, Korea Sales Team and major partners (Agent/Distributors)
  • To manage the global key accounts in Japan and Korea to achieve Commercial targets


This position will work closely with Regional BU Head, Global Marketing, Sales/Technical Managers, Global Account Coordinators, Integrated Business Planning Team, External Customers



  • Responsible for implementation of global & Regional Commercial strategies in JK region and achieving the BU objectives
  • Lead and develop the Sales team and Partners (Agent/Distributors) in JK region
  • Long term strategic planning developed for Key accounts (account specific strategy)
  • Improve overall business profitability
  • Drive and support business development activities
  • Direct and support the team to realize better market/competition knowledge and market transparency
  • Maintaining appropriate relationships in JK region with key stake holders Viz. Customers, Agents & Distributors



  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets in the area of Japan and or Korea
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Korean or/and Japanese
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
