The Sarnia manufacturing facility is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber found in London, Ontario. Focused on the production of synthetic rubber, the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.

This position ensures the Security of employees, contractors and visitors, as well as assets at the Sarnia site. It also provides Emergency Response Services to ensure professional and swift response in case of an internal or external incident causing a potential threat to the site and its workers. Successful, sustainable operations are made possible with the contributions of this position as described above.
 

Experience Minimum of 2 years related industrial experience.
Current G-License in good standing. 
Proven experience in Emergency Response and Standard First Aid
Demonstrated good judgement under pressure.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

Education

College Diploma in Law and Security, or Police Foundations (or equivalent) 
Security Guard license
