Order Fulfillment Specialist

As the Order Fulfillment Specialist you are responsible for maintaining international contacts and managing the documentary process, including handling of export documentation. You will also be responsible for managing the OTC flow in SAP 4HANA, customer complaint handling, and providing support to account managers and technical managers. You have a strong customer focus and like to work in an international environment.

The role is based in our office in Geleen, The Netherlands

YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining international contacts with both internal and external parties from all kinds of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and organizational levels.

• Coordinating with different parties on an international level to maintain a proper documentary process, including handling of export documentation, including Letter of Credits and other bank related documents.

• Managing the OTC flow in SAP 4HANA, including maintaining customer master data, order intake and validation, price entry and validation, product allocation follow-up, monitoring orders, follow-up on order blocks with other departments when applicable, coordinating customer delivery requirements with the transport team, invoicing orders, and billing follow-up.

• Handling customer complaints by translating them into the internal complaint system and providing input and feedback to finalize them.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and overseas counter-party colleagues and handling all kinds of queries and coordinating internally when additional information or actions are needed.

• Providing support to account managers and technical managers, including being involved in meetings with customers, including senior level management and providing specified data derived from the system.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Solid experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of SAP4HANA.

• Strong interpersonal- and communication skills.

• Take responsibility for actions and projects and proactively initiates improvements.

• Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

• Possesses analytical skills and can make rational judgments and decisions.

• Global mindset and capable of engaging and participating in multidisciplinary consultations and working groups.

• Structured, organised, accurate and systematic way of working to deliver high-quality results.

• Strong motivational drive, as well as flexible, adaptable, and internationally oriented TEAM player.
