Key Challenges and Opportunities

The Head of HR Netherlands is the functional HR leader in charge with developing, organising and executing all HR strategies for the local organisations ARLANXEO Netherlands BV and ARLANXEO Holding BV. In this role you are responsible for our employees in our Dutch production site as well as all employees in the Dutch office locations. This includes responsibility for the entire employment process, employee and labour relations, organisational development, employee compensation, safety, compliance, and employee retention and development. In partnership with the local and sub-regional Management Team, drive the HR function by owning the fulfilment of high-performing teams in alignment with company values and leadership principles and the engagement of the workforce.
You manage a team of HR BPs, Payroll and HR Support and work alongside the Managing Director to engage the entire Dutch affiliate and our Corporate colleagues in the Holding B.V.


ARLANXEO HR Netherlands is part of our Global HR organization. In this capacity you will be working closely with international colleagues and implement International Frameworks, Policies and Projects.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or any related field, e.g. Law, Economics, Social Sciences.
  • Experienced HR Lead with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to successfully maneuver in an international matrix organisation and capable of balancing different interests and ambiguity.
  • Experience in optimising transactional HR processes.
  • Professional negotiator for Unions and local Works Council.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
