For our Keltan KSA business, we are looking for a

Business Officer KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

(fulltime, Geleen)

 

 

The position

As our Business Officer you

  • ensure smooth order execution and thus high customer satisfaction by timely processing customer orders within the Keltan KSA web shop and in the ARLANXEO SAP system.
  • manage all relevant export document requirements, both in our system and through regular interaction with external partners such as Petro Rabigh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the manufacturer for which we distribute this material.
  • operate as a troubleshooter for all order related matters.
  • are an integral link of our lean team between our Customers, Account Managers, Finance department, Marketing Manager, Petro Rabigh and the Logistics Service Provider.

As the Keltan KSA business have been set-up differently recently, several processes are still under development, so you will play a role in further sharpening and shaping these processes.

Your profile

-  You have a MBO degree (post-secondary vocational education) with additional education in commercial and/or logistics

-  You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B customer service or internal sales role, preferable in similar industry.

-  You have strong communication and problem-solving skills and are excellent in service providing.

-  You are a good team player

-  You have good IT skills (SAP and MS Office is a must)

-  You are flexible, accurate and not afraid to meet deadlines.

-  You are fluent in English and have cross-functional and cross-cultural interface abilities.
