ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for an Transaction Service Analyst, in our regional corporate headquarters near Robinson Township, PA. 
 
Role Summary:
The Transaction Service Analyst role will be responsible for directly performing Treasury Cash and Transactions Services functions for all NORAM entities in accordance with established local and global Treasury directives. Position will also serve as backup/support to Receivables Management Analyst and Services and T&E/Company Card Administrator positions..
 
Essential Responsibilities:
•    Manage ARLANXEO relationships with our commercial banks, including account openings, Bank system administration, and analysis of bank fees and Trade Services.
•    Perform daily disbursement processing for all of the ARLANXEO North America entities, including EDI payments, manual wire processing, check runs, and E-payables.  Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve and prevent non-payment            discrepancies. Approve and release manual wire payments when applicable.
•    Manage weekly and monthly Treasury reporting which includes receipt and payment analysis, FX wire analysis, etc.).
•    Coordinate and prepare weekly cash forecast for all ARLANXEO North America entities and submit to Global Treasury.  Monitor and report forecasted outflows to ensure optimal  accuracy rate.
•    Monitor and record daily cash activity, intercompany loans, hedging, and debt balances for all ARLANXEO North America bank accounts on a daily basis. Reconcile cash pooling and debt balance, for all of ARLANXEO North American entities on a daily  basis, reconciling to  ARLANXEO AG at month end.
•    Participate in ad hoc projects
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting 
•    Minimum five  years progressively responsible, cross-functional treasury, cash management, or other financial management experience. 
•    Extensive knowledge and understanding of cross-functional treasury, cash and debt management, finance concepts, standards and regulations.
•    In-depth knowledge of finance directives, policies, procedures and systems.
•    Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•    Comprehensive and current working knowledge of treasury and cash management reporting concepts required.
•    Strong proficiency in computer software, online application systems and data retrieval systems and processes; 
•    Extensive SAP or major ERP experience and system knowledge required.
•    Demonstrated strong conflict resolution skills.
•    Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
•    Exceptional time management capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
