ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a Transportation Management Analyst at our Orange, TX manufacturing site. 

As a Transportation Management Analyst, you will be responsible for Delivery processing & transport planning of ARLANXEO orders from external warehouses which includes monitoring order tracking reports, creating outbound deliveries and coordinating transportation according to the customer requested arrival date & approved carrier rate sheets.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delivery processing & transport planning of ARLANXEO orders out of external warehouses which includes generating order tracking reports, delivery creation and transport disposition according to the customer requested arrival date & approved carrier rate sheets.
• Accurate processing of information for domestic and coordination of the 'delivery processing & transport planning' activities with warehouse and within the order fulfilment team. 
• Ensuring accurate delivery data, staging data and transport scheduling data in relevant systems used.
• Material selection & batch determination of rubber deliveries in accordance to the order requirements on time and in full, taking into account optimized warehouse usage and inventory composition.
• Ensure correct and timely order & delivery document issuing (Bill of Lading, Customs, Pack List, COA, ACE filing) and coordinate with warehouses, carriers, forwarding agents, customs, and other external partners.
• Manage timely Issuance by the warehouse and broker of correct delivery, transport, customs documents and ensure accurate delivery data and goods issue posting in SAP.
• Maintain correct data in SAP for order fulfillment processes and CSR order tracking.

In order to accomplish this you will possess:

• College degree with a focus in Business, Material Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in the rubber/chemical/petrochemical industries is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, S4/HANA embedded Transport Management (FIORI) and Microsoft Office required
• Effective communication skills in order to build a solid working relationship with both internal and external customers
