ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a Quality Champion at our Orange, TX manufacturing site.

As a Quality Champion, you will be responsible for the reduction of non-conforming product and customer complaints.  This position is vital to the success of the company and will contribute by organizing and executing all quality related activities for the TSR manufacturing plant, including the development and implementation of appropriate training systems to meet business and regulatory needs. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing technical leadership to the TSR production unit.
• Ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction and off-spec reduction.
• Providing daily technical leadership and work direction to the manufacturing personnel to optimize current plant operations in the finishing area.
• Must champion the efforts to improve quality performance and investigate all off-spec, scrap and complaints
• Must be trained in investigative techniques, have manufacturing experience and ability to lead cross functional groups
• Leading all manufacturing customer complaint investigations and tracking action items
• Participating in quality audits
• Developing and communicating the production schedule
• Managing the BD planning schedule to align with production volumes and BD supply.

In order to accomplish this you will possess:

• This position requires either a minimum of BS in engineering or related science/technology major; or minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in lieu of education
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing process experience;

• Previous supervisory experience desired
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and 5S preferred;
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work and be able to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances and responsibilities.
