ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a PSRM Specialist at our Orange Manufacturing site. 

As a Process Safety & Risk Management Lead, you:

Provide overall administration, technical guidance and leadership to the Orange Site in complying, interpreting and implementing all regulatory requirements of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs.  This person will also maintain assigned Site HSEQ  procedures, assist in auditing (Internal, External, Insurance and PSRM Compliance) and Corporate PSRM responsibilities.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Serve as the Orange Site Expert Resource for Process Safety related matters, including application of associated regulatory requirements as well as regional and global Process Safety and Risk Management requirements.
• Facilitate, track, and oversee Orange Site Process Hazards Analyses and Detailed Safety Reviews.
• Coordinate and Track Pressure Safety reviews for the Orange Site.
• Maintain all Orange Site Process Safety-related procedures and practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and ARL regional and global procedures and directives.
• Serve as a member of the global ARL Process Safety and Risk Management team to ensure best practices related to Process Safety and Risk Management are implemented across the organization.
• Serve as Incident Management expert for the Orange Site, providing guidance and training for  the management and investigation of incidents, especially those having a high potential for injury or damage, as needed.

In order to accomplish this you will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Health and Safety, etc); specific PSRM experience may be considered in lieu of technical degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry (2+ years of experience may be considered with a MS degree in a technical field)
• A solid technical background, be highly motivated and possess good leadership traits.
• Problem solving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to address a wide range of non-routine/ diverse problems, good communication skills are essential. 
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
