HR Controller/HRIS Expert (fulltime, Maastricht)

 

We are looking for an HR Controller/HRIS Expert to support global Controlling and HR matters. The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team. You will have a key role in aligning data, processes and key information throughout the HR organization. The HR Controller/HRIS Expert takes responsibility for all monthly HR reporting’s, personnel and forecast planning as well as budgetary controls, and will report to Head of Global HR Process and Systems.

 

Your Challenge

  • Take ownership of  monthly HR reports, analysis, and recommend action
  • Personnel cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts
  • Continuous development of our HR management dashboard as well as our headcount planning tool
  • Optimization of HR and Controlling related processes
  • Performing data checks and audits of the different reports such as staff costs accruals, headcount, open positions, new hires and terminations, etc.
  • Consult with leadership, HR and other users in providing support on a variety of ad-hoc data requests (static reports, presentations, executive summaries and detailed research analyses)
  • Global first point of contact for our local HRIS Analysts and Admins
  • Assist in analyzing human resource data and recommend appropriate solutions to IT specifications and participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design
  • Open and monitor tickets in response to all HRIS issues and ensure compliance to timeframe and provide efficient feedback to all system enhancements

 

Your Profile

  • Experience with HR controlling
  • A minimum of 2 years of Human Resource Information Systems experience required, preferably SuccessFactors
  • A strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills paired with systematic approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
