To strengthen our team, we are looking for you now as"ICS (Industrial Control Systems) Cybersecurity Specialist (m/w/d) 


The ICS Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for efficient and effective coordination of daily tasks that will be addressed to the ICS security function of the company globally. The company operates multiple production sites globally.

Key Responsibilities 


  • Creation of policies, procedures and guidelines (Information security, Cyber Defense)
  • Definition of requirements and design of cybersecurity architectures
  • Conducting vulnerability and risk assessments
  • Functional coordination of the ICS Security teams globally and reporting to the CISO
  • Effectively communicate investigative findings and strategy to client stakeholders, including technical staff, executive leadership, and legal counsel
  • Oversee the reliable and secure operation of the process control system infrastructure
  • Define or provide guidance for cybersecurity requirements and specifications, and perform hardware/software selections, final system specification and system design, integration and cybersecurity testing for specific projects
  • Monitor plant system and networks for error-free and secure operation and acceptable performance
  • Provide commissioning, startup, and maintenance support of plant networks and systems
  • Oversee provisioning of software and hardware support services to control Systems Security.
  • Oversee management and maintenance of automation network firewalls between the Automation Network and the Process Control, DMZ and corporate Networks
  • Oversee implementation of state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions, especially for the area of ICS in collaboration with other teams of the CISO function and production engineering


Professional / Personal skills 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree from a recognized and recognized program. An advanced degree is preferred in a related field of computer science, cybersecurity, autonomic computing or data informatics
  • 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in ICS / OT related to event monitoring and response
  • Global willingness to travel
  • Very good conceptual and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, initiative and dedication
  • Fluent English spoken and written
