Global Process Monitoring Expert

As the Global Process Monitoring Expert you are analyzing the processes of our 12 production sites and develop online dashboards and monitoring systems that can detect potential issues and suboptimal operating conditions in an early stage.

YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build up online process monitoring systems, focusing on energy consumption and sustainability
• Identify processes and unit operations where monitoring can provide significant benefit. Define which level of complexity required for optimal support of operations.
• Develop process monitoring dashboards, define standards, and harmonize between the sites
• Serve as global key process monitoring contact for all 12 production sites
• Develop blueprint for plantwide process monitoring and promote global roll-out
• Build up global process monitoring community organizing transfer of knowledge and cross-plant support
• Support development of digitalization strategy and roadmap

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master degree (chemistry, physics, engineering, etc)
• In-depth understanding of the needs of operations
• Experience in process monitoring – or high motivation for on-the-job-training
• Experience with OSIsoft PI (Vision, ProcessBook, Asset Framework) and Trendminer
• High motivation to gather expertise in a strongly developing area
• Professional experience five to ten years
• Project management experience 
• International experience 
• Practical thinking for identifying needs of operations and ensuring pragmatic solutions
