Head of Customer Service
(fulltime, Geleen)
Your responsibilities
- Customer Service & Support Strategy
- Translate global customer experience strategy into actionable objectives and guidelines for regional execution
- (Process) Optimization
- Hold regional OtC-Process ownership and ensure regional implementation according to global guidelines, define regional customer service requirements to process performance
- Support in driving customer service (esp. processes) excellence initiatives from a regional perspective together with Process Excellence Manager
- Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate and supervise activities of regional Customer Service team (e.g., CRM and SAP usage) & resolve any escalated issues – involve VP Regional Sales if necessary.
- Support Customer Service team in larger customer inquiries
- Leadership, Direction and Capability Building
- Lead customer service team & act as key interface to (Head of) Sales & Logistics
- Monitor performance, evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps and prioritize development activities in customer experience team.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in leadership/supervision position in a commercial function.
- Customer-focused mindset with an ability to understand customer requirements and translate into internal (process) requirements
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and principles
- Clear communication skills both in written and verbal communication
- Effective team co-ordination and leadership skills
