About the Role
Are you passionate about HR technology and experienced in configuring SAP SuccessFactors? Do you enjoy turning business needs into smart, reliable system solutions? Then this role could be a great fit.
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our global HR Platforms team. You will play an important role in running, improving, and further developing our SAP SuccessFactors environment. Your main focus will be hands-on system configuration, support, reporting, releases, and continuous platform improvements.
You will work in an international environment with HR, IT, and external partners, contributing to global HR transformation initiatives while also supporting day-to-day platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Goal Management / Performance Management
- Recruiting
- Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and improvement activities.
- Support system releases, testing, impact analysis, and implementation of updates.
- Configure workflows, role-based permissions, business rules, templates, and forms.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Translate HR requirements into system solutions.
- Work with IT and vendors on integrations and technical platform topics.
- Coordinate external implementation partners and service providers.
- Maintain documentation and support system governance.
- Contribute to global HR platform projects and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support processes.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Goal Management / Performance Management, Recruiting, and/or Reporting.
- Good understanding of workflows, permissions, release management, change requests, and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a global environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, specially, Employee Central, LMS, Succession & Development, and Reporting.
- SAP Concur knowledge.
- Experience with integrations.
- Familiarity with HR processes.
