Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive HR strategies and policies? As our HR Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust and up-to-date HR infrastructure that supports our business goals
In this role you will consolidate, monitor, integrate, implement, and report HR activities for work force management, organizational management, and management reporting to serve the Global HR team, HR community and the business.
This role is hybrid with location Geleen NL.
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, consolidate monthly-, quarterly- and annual management reporting for FTE development, actuals, budget, forecast and attrition to be able to monitor HR / business KPI’s.
- Analyze and prepare reports for organizational structure from the global HR system (HR Connect), identify gaps, recognize trends in reasoning of attrition and report exceptions per function and country.
- Collaborate with global HR community to provide accurate and reliable HR data input for stakeholders.
- Be pivotal point of contact for HR organizational and financial information for projects, HR, or business demand.
- Ensures Data compliance and legal requirements globally.
- Prepare forecast figures in detail, FTE, and cost impact.
- Collaborate with Aramco on monthly reporting.
- Function as an expert on Data Management, Organizational Management, and work force management for the Global HR Community
- Control data to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Control EDM (process, Org. Charts, Mutations).
- Be a central point of contact for all related questions of FTE information.
- Guide, collaborate and train (new)HR colleagues on Global HR systems and align work methods and processes.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, economics, or human resources.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the field of global systems and reporting.
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data management and reporting.
- Proven experience in an international environment.
- English language skills, fluent written and spoken. German is a pre.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel expert).
- Collaborator who can drive change and motivate others; this combed with a high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution driven way of working.
- Experience with HR tools (e.g., success factors), labor law; and improvement of HR processes desirable
- Plans and aligns, strong planning and organizing skills.
- Drive results, solution oriented and independent.
- Customer focus, excellent communication skills.
