Global Product Branding & Market Communication Manager  

(full time, based in Geleen, Netherlands)

The position

As world leader ARLANXEO drives for excellence. Recently all global commercial activities were bundled in one global functional organisation. There, we want to standardize, harmonize and upgrade our commercial activities to become even more effective and efficient and thereby extend our leadership and service within our industry.


ARLANXEO’s Elastomers are a collection of several product brands and identities that have a strong and long presence in the market. As Global Brand & Communication Manager you will be key in further developing these brands and identities both around the world and internal the organisation by :

  • Developing and driving the implementation of external branding strategies in support of the ARLANXEO product market positioning.
  • Tracking, monitoring and improving the ARLANXEO product brands perception in the market.
  • Developing and driving the implementation of internal product branding strategies in support of creating a One ARLANXEO culture and building employee pride.
  • building a bridge with ARLANXEO Corporate Communication to develop and execute communication plans and providing the Marketing&Sales input for corporate campaigns and championing corporate campaigns within M&S.
  • Collecting & sharing M&S related success stories within ARLANXEO to contribute towards ARLANXEO pride.


Your profile

  • Very ambitious, able to work in a very dynamic, international environment with many deadlines.
  • Master Degree e.g. in Communication, Business Administration or Business Economics with clear affinity with technical aspects.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international market communication in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage both internal and external contacts, fluent in English.
  • Well-developed intercultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in teams and independently.
