In this new position you have the unique opportunity to build and direct the operation of the Human Resources information systems. As member of the HR Processes and Systems Team, you take the responsibility for all related HRIS global requests and support the Local HR countries on the HRIS systems. You will be involved in the further rollout of new functionalities in our Core HR System and other HR Systems. You will report to the Head of Human Resources Process and Systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance  and enhancements of the new HR system (Success Factors)

  • Coordinate with IT and HR teams to assist local HRIS Analysts to help develop and implement various standardized HRIS procedures
  • Be an active and leading project team member in the rollout of new functionalities and HR Systems
  • Global first point of contact for our local HRIS Analysts and Admins
  • Prepare customized reports for various finance and HR Local teams. Design all custom ad hoc reports and resolve and audit to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in analyzing systems to resolve all issues and escalate all customer issues to management to provide efficient resolution.
  • Assist in analyzing human resource data and recommend appropriate solutions to IT specifications and participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design
  • Open and monitor tickets in response to all HRIS issues and ensure compliance to timeframe and provide efficient feedback to all system enhancements
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field


Professional / Personal skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance
  • A minimum of 2 years of Human Resource Information Systems experience required, preferably Successfactors
  • A strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes
  • Strong MS Excel skills for reporting purposes
  • Experience in implementing and supporting project management.
  • The ability to accommodate flexible scheduling, as required
