Main responsibility:
§Strictly perform the works according to national and company regulations.
§Be responsible for the daily management of equipment, including spare part plan, PM review and vendor’s management etc.
§Continuously improve the reliability of the equipment and facility to avoid the unplanned loss.
§Provide the professional solutions to complex problems and asset optimization:
a) Asset’s reliability analysis and asset management by the means of RBM/RBI;
b)Optimization by the means of FMEA and process;
c)Special analysis upon the complex problems by the means of PM production loss path and RCA;
d)Reviewing the maintenance plan and SOP in collaboration with maintenance execution tea.
§Make the plan, process control and acceptance for turn around.
§Gradually improve job skills through learning and communication.
§External contact and coordination with suppliers and cooperate with the execution team to carry out vendor’s site management.
§Establish maintenance quality standards and support to improve the maintenance quality of technicians.
§Promote continuous improvement of maintenance work, including but not limited to maintenance meetings, Gemba, PCS implementation, BAP implementation follow-up
§Ensure the compliance with the requirements of IMS and ITAF16949.
Main requirement:
Bachelor degree, major in chemical. Master degree is preferred.
Fluent English reading and writing.
Be familiar with Microsoft, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint.
Be proficient with the knowledge with mechanical equipments, especially chemical mechanical equipments.
